People moves: Viacom Outdoor

Stephen Fuller has been given the new role of head of consumer insight in Viacom Outdoor's marketing department. Fuller, who will lead a team of 10, will oversee research and planning, and reports to UK marketing director Hannah Skellorn. He previously ran his own consultancy, working on sales pitches for media owners, as well as holding the role of board director at MediaVest.
