Reckitt Benckiser has promoted executive vice-president, category development, Elio Leoni Sceti to the role of executive vice-president, Europe, following the retirement of Erhard Shoewel. Sceti has held various marketing roles since joining the household goods company in 1992. Northern Europe regional director Rakesh Kapoor has been promoted to Sceti's previous role.
