Lindsay Owen-Jones, chief executive officer of L'Oreal, is to step down next year. He will be replaced by Jean-Paul Agon, who is currently the president of the beauty giant's US business. Owen-Jones will stay at the company as a non-executive chairman overseeing strategic decisions.
