Karl Holz has been promoted from chief operating officer to chairman and chief executive of Disneyland Resort Paris. He replaces Andre Lacroix, who has left to pursue other interests. Lacroix's decision comes after he oversaw a EUR1.75bn (£1.2bn) capital reorganisation that secured the future of Disneyland Resort Paris after it had warned it would default on bank covenants.
