Air Miles customer insight director Nigel Grimes is leaving the company without a job to go to.
An AirMiles spokeswoman confirmed the former British Gas head of CRM was leaving 'by mutual consent' after his role was combined into that of marketing director Sarah Wood. Grimes had been with the company for three years.
