Toby Rowland, co-founder of clickmango.com, has joined uDate.com, the dating company, as vice-president of global communications. He joins from Heresy, part of advertising agency HHCL and Partners. His remit will be to increase brand awareness with a seven-figure communications budget focused on new creative advertising and marketing campaigns.
