The pop-up will be open from 3-7 April in Paddington Central, and invites guests to hear tips and advice from a selection of expert authors, as well as take part in lunchtime workshops and activities.
Each day, the pop-up will take on a different theme. Monday will focus on fitness, health and strength; Tuesday will centre around life hacks at home, work and play; Wednesday will be all about eating well and wise; Thursday will encourage guests to think about their sleeping patterns and Friday will provide inspiration for the weekend.
Guests are invited to the pop-up for a 'Breakfast of the Mind' which includes a free taster pot of porridge created from recipes that feature in Alex Hely-Hutchinson's book 26 Grains. Visitors will also receive top tips to set them up for the day ahead.
During lunchtime, mini workshops, talks and activities led by Penguin Living authors will take place, and will feature workout sessions, advice on how to choose the perfect mattress for a great night’s sleep, spoon carving masterclasses and tips on how to pimp your lunchbox. Later on the day guests will be able to take away further information and freebies to carry on living life better at home.
There will also be opportunities to win Penguin Living books throughout the week.
