The campaign, created by Leagas Delaney, takes the form of a personal letter from Patek Philippe president Thierry Stern, describing what, for him, makes a family-owned watch company different from any other one.

It aims to reinforce that the message that Patek Philippe stands for family heritage, unique levels of craftsmanship, and constant innovation.

The art direction builds on the imagery used in the current ‘Generations' campaign for Patek Philippe's men's range, using black and white photography. The ads will appear in quality daily newspapers and influential trade publications, as well as at the point of sale.

At the same time, the brand is also running product-focused ads for its men's and ladies' watches.
