Paramount and Droga5 London want to introduce Baywatch to a new generation ahead of the TV series being turned into a film.

To do this, the agency put its twist on the show’s original opening sequence – complete with epic song, red swimsuits and slow motion running – by hosting the world’s first Slow Motion Marathon in downtown Los Angeles. Alongside the Baywatch cast, thousands of participants joined in the event to recreate their own version of the iconic slow motion run. The film will premiere later this month and stars Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Zac Efron.
