LONDON - Shares in advertising and PR group Osprey Communications have been suspended amid speculation that the AIM-listed company is in talks with TV and radio production house TenAlps about a reverse takeover.
Osprey Communications is headquartered in London, with offices in Edinburgh, Southampton and Belfast. Osprey was acquired by the Interfocus Group in September. Interfocus itself is majority owned by Canadian communications Maxxcom.
TenAlps is backed by Live-Aid creator and former rock star Bob Geldof. It produces shows for the BBC, among others, including Radio 5 Live's Sunday Service programme.
