Online adspend rises in 2008
Online adspend rose to £3.4bn in 2008, a 17.1% like-for-like increase on 2007, according to a bi-annual online study from the IAB and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Total UK adspend fell by 3.5% to £17.5bn, but online advertising grew its share of total UK adspend 3.7% to 19.2%.
