Hatton was described by rival recruitment agency heads as "a real ball-breaker of a woman" who had a "great sense of humour".
She died on 27 April after being diagnosed with leukaemia the week before.
Her funeral will be held this Friday (22 May) at 11.30am at Kemnal Park Cemetery, Chislehurst, BR7 6RR. Everyone is welcome but Hatton requested that people do not wear black.
Hatton has left behind a husband, James, and three children, Joe, Connor and Aurora.
Prior to launching OneDog in 2011, Hatton worked in agencies for over 20 years. She was the operations director at Publicis Dialog between 2003 and 2008 and the creative services director at The Marketing Store for three years from 2008.
Out of work she was an avid and passionate rugby mum and is said to have expressed her opinions with the same passion on the side of the rugby pitch as she did in her professional life.
