
Wickham will join at the end of the month to oversee Team Orchestra, which was set up to service Disney after the Omnicom Media Group agency OMD won the bulk of the entertainment corporation’s £120 million EMEA business in April following a review.
He will report to Colin Gottlieb, Omnicom Media Group’s EMEA chief executive. Team Orchestra has about 20 staff, most of whom work exclusively on the Disney account.
At OgilvyOne, Wickham was responsible for Land Rover’s global digital strategy. Before that, he was the worldwide chief digital officer on the Unilever account at Ogilvy & Mather. Wickham has also worked at R/GA, in London and New York, as the client services director, and at Blast Radius as the client and business development director.
Gottlieb told ±±¾©Èü³µpk10: "I deliberately didn’t go for a traditional media guy. I wanted someone different from the norm, reflecting where Disney is heading."
