The contract, which commences on 1 January 2011, will see ETMS manage and control the venue’s traffic during the construction phase.
ETMS boasts a long-standing relationship with EC&O, having served as traffic marshalling partner at Earls Court since 2007.
"We have been in partnership with ETMS for four years at Earls Court and are delighted with the way they have integrated into our company," said EC&O Venues halls director Rachel Parker.
"Following the exciting news regarding the West Hall development it is imperative that we manage and control the traffic effectively, particularly during the construction phase. For this reason we have decided to mirror the arrangements at Earls Court and appoint ETMS."
