The office, in Salford Quays, will be jointly used by Oliver and Aylesworth Fleming, the specialist property marketing agency Oliver bought last September.
Nic Morris, the managing director of Aylesworth Fleming, will run the Manchester office and see his role extended to MD of Oliver Manchester. He reports to Sharon Whale, the UK chief executive of Oliver.
Oliver Manchester’s foundation clients include KPMG, financial services firm Wesleyan, and hotel group Carlson Rezidor. The office has a staff of 30.
Aylesworth Fleming has 120 staff with offices in Manchester, London, Bournemouth, Edinburgh, and Leicester. The company was started by Martin Aylesworth Syvertson and Matt Fleming, the company’s chief executive, who remains in charge.
