OgilvyAction, the experiential arm of marketing leviathan the Ogilvy Group, has brought in Bruce Gardner as its head of experiential.

Gardner joins after a period working for staffing firm Kreate in the US, but is most famous for setting up Lime, French marketing group Publicis' experiential outfit, and latterly Sense.

"I am particularly keen to drive the opportunity with the digital team, which will be a key battleground for experiential agencies in the coming years," said Gardner.

Gardner succeeds Ross Urquart who has returned to full-time further education.
