O2, which sponsors England Rugby, has released a rousing animated ad ahead of the World Cup.

VCCP created the TV spot and used Blinkink for the animation. The film shows England rugby players preparing for the tournament, which kicks off at Twickenham next week. The support of their fans makes the players grow until they are the size of buildings. The ad will debut on TV during Gogglebox on Friday and will be supported by outdoor, print and digital activity. The work was written by Christopher Keatinge, art directed by Tom Houser and directed by Elliot Dear through Blinkink.
