The exhibition aims to give Star Wars fans a modern experience of the franchise, allowing guests to rediscover characters in a new way.
Using the Star Wars characters, the exhibition will explore the complex notion of identity, and will feature a collection of 200 props models, costumes and artwork from the original Star Wars films. There will also be an interactive 'identity quest' and scientific content.
'Star Wars Identities' is available to hire for both corporate and private events of up to 300 guests, with The London Kitchen providing themed packages. Food and drink options will include a range of Star Wars-inspired dishes such as beetroot and red cabbage galactic jelly, Monterey Jack Cheese and Ham Solo sandwich, Duck Matter quinoa salad, Milky Way caramel and honeycomb clusters and Darth by Chocolate.
Becci Thomson, business development manager at The O2, said: "The Star Wars exhibition provides a totally unique location for entertaining and we are looking forward to working with clients on some out of this world events in the coming months."
The exhibition has been developed and produced by Montreal’s X3 Productions in collaboration with Lucasfilm Ltd. It makes use of an extensive archive collection from the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, which is used to explore the sciences of identity, and answer the question: What forces shape you?
