Now in its sixth year, the poll provides a definitive list of what you, the readers, classify as the top event spaces in the industry for 2011.
Nominations are based on a number of factors that include the number of events held at each venue in 2011; the revenue generated by events in the past 12 months; plans for 2012; facilities; staff and location.
More than 3,000 of you voted on the shortlist of 30 venues and last year's number three, The O2, was elevated to the top slot this year. The highest new entries were Church House, which came in at number three closely followed by Twickenham at number four.
