Not On The High Street has recruited Benefit's Hannah Webley-Smith

Online retailer Not On The High Street has appointed Hannah Webley-Smith as customer director.

Webley-Smith joins the business today (6 June) from Benefit Cosmetics, where she was marketing director for UK and Ireland, and will be a member of the executive team. 

She will work with the management team to drive the development of the customer experience as well as the direct connections with small creative businesses.

Webley-Smith has over ten years’ experience working in luxury and brand marketing. She has previously worked with brands including: L'Oreal, Jo Malone and Liz Earle.

Notonthehighstreet.com has recently made a number of new hires, appointing Sarah Atkins as head of brand marketing, Ben Irons as head of digital and Louise Winmill as head of corporate communications.

Speaking about Webley-Smith's appointment, he added: With her wealth of experiential experience and expertise, Hannah will bring great insight that will help us to further build on these foundations and develop our unique customer experience, as well as strengthen our growing management team."
