Nokia to dress marathon competitors as woodland animals

LONDON - Nokia plans to dress competitors in the Royal Parks Half Marathon this weekend as woodland animals, in a new campaign devised by Work Club.

Taking place on Sunday 12 October, a number of runners, including Kenyan John Muriithi, a potential winner, will tackle the course whilst dressed as an assortment of foxes, badgers and squirrels.

A number of posters have been created to support the campaign, which features dressed up animals warming up before the run. The posters display straplines including ‘tails are meant to be chased" and "success never hibernates".

On the day of the race, spectators will also be given race cards challenging them to ‘spot a woodland animal', in return for Nokia prizes.
