Unique's 4% share in radio company UBC Media has been sold off by administrator Baker Tilly as part of moves to recover debts.
According to a report in the Financial Times, Edmonds stands to lose money personally after Unique's collapse, which was sparked by a dispute over the ownership of a helicopter.
Edmonds' spokesman, Mark Borkowski, told the newspaper that while Edmonds would not go personally bankrupt, "it is not going to be pleasant".
A veteran of shows such as 'Swap Shop' and 'Noel's Houseparty', Edmonds career as a television entertainer was languishing before winning the job of presenting 'Deal or No Deal' for Channel 4 in 2005.
The show became a surprise hit, with Edmonds later claiming that he'd won the job after sending out an "order" to the universe. He has subsequently written a book called 'Positively happy: Cosmic ways to change your life', drawing on his experiences and his belief in the power of positive thinking.
