Nikon "Four weddings" by We Are Pi
The Royal Wedding may be taking up the spotlight, but Nikon turns the focus to other unions breaking with convention in a documentary called Four Weddings.
The brand teamed up with The Guardian and We Are Pi’s entertainment arm Pi Studios to create the film, which focuses on brides’ wedding days from the UK, US, Romania and India. From a US army soldier who overcame prejudice to an Indian woman who turns the idea of arranged marriage on its head, each portrait examines what marriage means today and how different societies treat love, relationships and brides. The film was shot entirely on the Nikon D850 by director Matt Houghton through Pulse Films.
