Nike "spark brilliance" by Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam

The Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi recalls the spark of football brilliance that ignited his passion for the game in a new ad for Nike.

Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam created the ad, which opens on a young Matuidi glimpsing a well-struck volley by the former PSG star Jay-Jay Okocha on TV. This is the catalyst for Matuidi, who is shown progressing from playground to the international stage as a member of the French squad. The 90-second ad first aired on TV in France and was then promoted around the world on digital channels.
