Nike "inner thoughts" by Wieden & Kennedy Portland

Nike has launched its new campaign aimed at women called "better for it" with a light-hearted spot that peeks inside the minds of women as they try to keep fit.

The ad was created by Wieden & Kennedy Portland and first aired in the US on Sunday night during the MTV Music Awards. It is the first in a series of films that will be launched under the "better for it" banner.
