One of the most famous faces agency-side, this renowned networker moved brand-side in June 2013. Since her arrival, she has opened new offices in London, Dublin, Tel Aviv and Milan and boosted EMEA revenues to 30% of the global total. Never one to stand still, she also took on a non-executive directorship at Diageo in July. Described as a force of nature by a colleague, this nurturing leader is not just chipping away at the glass ceiling, she’s smashing it. Moreover, she’s trying to bring others with her: on International Women’s Day in March, she held an industry event to rally for women’s rights, home and abroad.
