The partnership will see the commercial entertainment network's popular cartoon character SpongeBob SquarePants take over an area of the festival, which is the family friendly spin-off of the main Bestival event held in September.
Children visiting the festival between 24-26 July in Dorset will be able to hang out in a bespoke family chill-out area containing TV screens showing episodes of SpongeBob.
They will also be able take part in interactive activities as well as meet SpongeBob, as the character celebrates ‘The year of the Sponge' with his 10th birthday.
The partnership, negotiated by Camp Bestival and Nickelodeon UK's commercial marketing team, includes co-branded on-air, online and print promotion.
Nickelodeon will host an on-air competition spot, driving to an online competition to win the grand prize of a family trip to Camp Bestival.
In addition, Paramount Pictures is staging an outdoor premiere of the new Paramount and Nickelodeon Movie Imagine That on the Bestival big screen.
The film is a family movie starring Eddie Murphy as a failing executive who finds the solution to all of his problems in his daughter's imaginary world.
The festival is expected to attract 15,000 people when it starts in the first week of the school holidays.
