Telewest dropped Nickelodeon, Nick Replay, Nicktoons and Nick Jr in December after failing to agree new carriage terms.
The full range of Nickelodeon's channels have been reinstated across Telewest Broadband's three channel packs -- Starter, Essential and Supreme -- until the end of March.
From April, Nicktoons will again be available as part of the Essential pack and Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, Nick Replay and Nicktoons will feature in the Supreme pack.
Eric Tveter, president and chief operating officer of Telewest Broadband,
said: "We have been working hard with Nickelodeon to reach an agreement that meets our drive to deliver value to our customers and also enables Nickelodeon to showcase its channels as widely as possible.
"We are delighted to have come to an amicable agreement that allows us to continue offering our customers excellent programming at excellent prices."
Nickelodeon said it was pleased to get the channels back on Telewest for the crucial half-term period.
David Lynn, managing director at Nickelodeon UK, added: "We are pleased to have reached an agreement with Telewest Broadband and are delighted that Nickelodeon channels are back on air during the holidays."
Negotiations turned sour last year when Nickelodeon claimed Telewest wanted to make "substantial" changes to the existing deal. Telewest said it had to keep programming costs competitive.
Business relations took a turn for the worse when Lynn called on viewers to drop Telewest and sign up to a rival service.
"Until we hear back from Telewest we can only suggest that Nickelodeon fans contact Telewest's customer service line to express their concern, or approach another service operator such as Sky, NTL or HomeChoice," he said.
Nickelodeon UK is a joint venture between BSkyB and MTV Networks. It broadcasts hit shows such as 'SpongeBob SquarePants', 'Rugrats' and 'Sabrina The Teenage Witch'.
Nickelodeon's channels appear on all pay-TV platforms, reaching more than 9m homes. The Telewest service accounts for 1m of those.
