The next phase of the NHS' recruitment drive encourages students to go into nursing.

It targets teenagers about to choose their degree and career switchers. As with previous spots in the "We are the NHS" campaign, the film features real nurses working in real hospitals to show the rewarding opportunities that a career in the NHS can offer. It was directed by Billy Boyd Cape through Academy.
