The street will be transformed into a traffic-free All-American Football Zone for American Football fans to explore.
Highlights will include mini pitches, cheerleaders, live entertainment, special appearances from NFL players and a colourful parade.
The Regent Street takeover is now in its fourth year. Last year's event saw a performance by the marching band from Ohio State University, appearances from players from the Jacksonville Jaguars and Buffalo Bills as well as a range of including field goal kicking and quarterback challenges.
