This is the second new-media restructure in recent months, following a revamp in May, in which News Network passed control of News International print titles, including The Sun, News of the World and The Times, back to the company’s newspaper division.
News Network now consists of three divisions – Revolver, the newly launched recruitment site; mobile phone group Omnimedia; and News Commercial Ventures, which will take care of FiredUp.com.
