NEWS BRIEFS: London Tourist Board and mayor put together package
The London Tourist Board, London's tourist industry and London mayor Ken Livingstone have put together a £1m package of price promotions designed to kick start the capital's ailing tourist trade. Billed as 'Great London Deals,' the campaign brings together hoteliers, air, rail and coach companies, and tour operators. It includes a kids-go-free policy for British Airways domestic routes to London, a two-for-one deal on National Express routes into London, and 50% off room prices through major hotel groups.
