The BBC and The National Magazine Company are reportedly in talks about a joint venture, which could mirror UKTV, the joint venture with cable channel Flextech. Nat Mags publishes titles including Cosmopolitan and Esquire. A BBC spokesman denied reports, but conceded: "We think joint ventures with other companies are the way forward."
