TPG Post, the Dutch post office, has signed an agreement that will give it access to Royal Mail's 73 mail centres and delivery network across the UK. Royal Mail will charge the company, trading in the UK as TNT Mail, about 13p a letter - more than the price proposed by regulator Postcomm but less than that suggested by Royal Mail chairman Allan Leighton.
