Future Publishing has paid £2.5m to acquire PC Zone and Computer & Video Games magazines and the computerandvideogames.com website from Dennis Publishing. Future said it intends to suspend CVG in its current form after it suffered a 40.2% year-on-year fall in last week's ABCs.
