Newcastle Gateshead Convention Bureau is to issue a special postcard prior to and during Event UK to raise money for charity Meetings Industry Meetings Needs (MIMN).
The postcard will include a token that, if given in to the Newcastle Gateshead Convention Bureau stand (E602), will ensure the Bureau gives a pound sterling to the MIMN cause.
"MIMN supports a range of causes, from UK-based groups to those based in the Congo, Sierra Leone and across the world." said NewcastleGateshead Convention Bureau head of business tourism Jessica Roberts.
Event UK runs from 22-23 September at the NEC in Birmingham.
