What’s it got? The Leceister venue has two main barns, a courtyard, 9,000sq ft of warehouse space, 150 acres of outdoor space and onsite accommodation for five in the main farmhouse. The Grain Store is the venue’s largest meeting space.
Anything else? The brick barns were built in 1830, and the hand crafted oak frame weighing 14 tons was built in 2011 - combining the old with the new. There are also 250 sheep to gaze upon from the Grain Store.
Last refurbishment? May 2012 saw the completion of a £2.4m restoration of Mythe Barn. The restoration included the new oak frame in the Oak Barn, under floor heating, a granite bar, limestone tiled floors and minstrel gallery.
