What's it got? The venue re-emerges this evening with a launch party to celebrate its new owner and new look. It still has the same layout - the Crush Bar leading into the Ballroom and Long Bar, plus the same capacities, with 700 standing in total - but the décor has been given an overhaul to make it more in keeping with the building's Art Deco heritage.
Anything else? Phase two of the redevelopment will continue in January, focusing on the washrooms and an extra entrance.
