Academy Music Group (AMG) has swooped for a majority stake in Glasgow's famous ABC venue on Sauchiehall Street.
The art deco ABC Glasgow is spread over four floors, including two live music venues.
AMG already owns and operates O2 Academy Glasgow and is opening a new site in Birmingham later this year. The ABC Glasgow will be renamed O2 ABC Glasgow this summer.
Regular Music and PCL remain as shareholders of the ABC alongside AMG. AMG venues across the UK are shared with Live Nation, Metropolis Music and SJM Concerts.
