The Athletic Ground in Richmond, Surrey, has been earmarked to host RugbyRocks, a new festival fusing Rugby Sevens and music.
Acts including The Parlotones, Just Jack and Alex Gardner have already signed up to perform at the inaugural event, taking place on 12 June.
The festival will also incorporate a live screening of England's opening game at the 2010 FIFA World Cup, VIP hospitality, stunt displays, cheerleaders, fancy dress, a fan village and video-gaming zones.
Further additions to the line-up, including the headline act, are to be announced in coming weeks.
