The two both take on the role of digital director at the Manchester-based agency, which is a sister company of BDH\TBWA.
Nel brings with him specialist expertise in direct response, email marketing and e-CRM to the post, while Andrews's experience covers all aspects of through-the-line digital marketing.
At Tequila\Manchester, Nel was head of digital and prior to that he spent six years working in online marketing in Johannesburg.

Andrews was a founding member of McCann-I, the interactive department of McCann-Erickson Manchester, and has five years' digital marketing experience with major consumer brands including Durex, Nescafe, Magnet, Next Directory and BSkyB.
With specialist expertise in media planning and buying across the web, email, iTV and mobile, Andrews will provide media planning for Digerati\ clients, in addition to overall digital marketing strategy and production.
Current clients of Digerati\ include Cussons, Brother, Nissan, Arla Foods, Henkel, Westland and Focus DIY.
