Cadbury Trebor Bassett is tweaking the strapline on its long-running Flake campaign to describe it as 'the crumbliest, flakiest chocolate in the universe'. Its latest TV ad, by TBWA/London, shows the new Flake girl working in a laboratory. As soon as her colleagues go out, she takes a moment out to savour her Flake bar and slips into the lab's zero gravity pod. As she floats around, Flake morsels break off the bar and hang suspended in the weightless environment, ready for her to pluck them out of the air and eat them. The ad is set to an updated, funky soundtrack which aims to modernise the campaign, which has run for 43 years. The spot breaks on Friday with media planning and buying by Carat.
