The agency, founded by Jonny Unknown, has already secured work with brands such as the BBC, Wahaca, Spotify, Microsoft and Gymbox to deliver bespoke events.
It also provides production services such as event design, rigging and event clear up, as well as staffing - including the supply of entertainment professionals and other talent.
Unknown is the brains behind London club nights such as Musical Bingo and Gospeloke, and he and his team have curated areas at festivals such as Bestival, Glastonbury and the Isle Of Wight Festival.
The agency will allow Unknown to apply the ethos used at such events to brands, enabling companies to connect with their key consumers via unique experiences.
Beverage brands Old Mout Cider and Stolichnaya Premium Vodka will sponsor the agency's official launch party at The Queen of Hoxton on 24 February, which will also see comedy from Suzanna Gonzo, James Loveridge and Eleanor Conway, a game of Musical Bingo, Gospeloke sing-along and music from DJ Rapture and DJ Darlo.
Unknown said: "Everything we do is built on two basic principles, interactivity and jubilance. It’s Unknown's aim to take people just far enough out of their comfort zone that they wholly engage and leave with a lasting impression of an extra-special occasion.
"With our imagination and knowledge we want to work with brands to create experiences that make people want to talk, tweet and rave to their friends about. This type of advocacy and power can’t be bought. From the events we run up and down the country, we are seeing consumers wanting to engage and be entertained by brands more than ever. And as this is our specialist area, we think this is a really exciting time to launch our new company."
