New campaign: Lynx

Lynx is launching a TV campaign that parodies Asian martial-arts films, such as Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, to promote its new Unlimited variant.

The 30-second ad, which breaks on 7 February, features a scene from the banks of a river in ancient China, where a girl is approached by a man who tries to give her flowers. However, the girl retaliates by firing them back at her suitor and he gives chase. The ad ends with a scene resembling the famous rooftop pursuit in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. The man finally catches up with the woman, who is won over by the Lynx Unlimited fragrance.

Lynx Unlimited is the latest in a series of limited-edition variants and will be available in deodorant, bodyspray and aftershave. It replaces Lynx Touch.
