The free pop-up event aimed at those aged between six and 19 will take place in The International Quarter Stratford City from 1 March until 21 April. It will focus on science, technology, design and innovation.
Neptunus has been tasked with supplying Technopop with a building to house registration services, interactive workshops, exhibition space and an auditorium for the eight-week festival.
The company’s Alu Hall structure, measuring 50 metres by 60 metres, will be used for the event and will take five days to build and four days to dismantle. Technopop opted for a temporary structure because there was a lack of suitable buildings in their chosen location.
Caroline Johnson, production manager at Technopop said: "We chose Neptunus for their service offering and the quality of their products, which were showcased to us at another site.
"This enabled us to view the products first hand and explore all the possibilities for our event. The level of customer service Neptunus have shown to date is outstanding."
The Technopop festival is expected to attract 200,000 visitors with a series of talks, workshops, tours and an immersive technology exhibition.
