The Neptunus structure will provide 11,500 square metres of space over three floors with a three-storey high glass atrium entrance.
The main 3,000 capacity venue will be constructed in the Olympic Park early next year, situated very close to the Olympic Stadium itself.
"We were impressed by Neptunus’ ability to meet Locog’s stringent sustainability policy, in the design and construction of their structures, as well as deliver the project at a competitive price," said Prestige Ticketing operation director Sue Creed.
