Known as Interactive Voice Recognition, the services will be used to provide contact advice lines and run competitions and offers for NatMags titles including Cosmopolitan, Country Living, Esquire and Good Housekeeping. The services will offer additional revenue streams for the company.
Caroline Worboys, managing director of Broadsystem, said: "IVR is a fast and convenient mechanic to enable consumers to enter competitions. It also provides an effective platform for consumers to choose to register their details for other services provided by each of the magazines, and relevant advertisers."
Broadsystem will collect and analyse data generated from the services to provide a deeper understanding of the way readers behave.
Sharon Douglas, director of consumer sales and marketing at NatMags, said: "We have enormous reach in the UK and our automated telephone lines are an important part of our customer service. Consequently, it is essential that we have a high level of confidence in the ability of our IVR providers, because excellent service forms an extension of our brand.
"It is also important for advertisers to know that every conceivable opportunity for interaction from our readers is provided as part of our package of services."
