The National Institute of Young Deaf People "The D.EA.F album" by Marcel Paris

The National Institute of Young Deaf People (INJS) and Marcel Paris have created an album that converts silence into music and turns streaming into donations.

Each time the D.E.A.F. album, which consists of seven empty tracks, is played on Spotify, the streaming revenue will be donated to fund research that will benefit young deaf people. Damien Quintard, a 27-year-old sound engineer and founder of The Mono Company and Sound X, is developing a system that will allow deaf people to feel sound frequencies through vibration.
