Naked Communications is set to hire a fourth partner to help the founders, Will Collin, John Harlow and Jon Wilkins, manage the agency's growth.
Over the past two years, the agency has expanded in Australia (where it handles the Coca-Cola account), The Netherlands and New York. It has been debating the need for a new senior member of the team for several months.
Sources are linking Kevin Brown, the former Soul partner, with the role.
Harlow did not deny that conversations were taking place with Brown, but said: "There's no truth in the rumours that we've hired Kevin."
Naked has grown through a combination of launches in overseas markets and joint ventures with other agencies in the UK. These include Naked Inside with Clemmow Hornby Inge and Element with WCRS.
The agency has brought in senior outside talent as it has developed, including Tracey Darwen, the former Starcom director, as its managing director, and Nigel Long, the former chief executive of Euro RSCG London, in an advisory role.
