Teen girl's website Mykindaplace.com has launched on digital interactive television through SkyDigital's Open service. The venture represents the brand's first foray into television and will support its offline magalogue venture. Its second retail catalogue, entitled Summer Sorted, was launched in June and a number of those products will now be available through the Open Under the deal, a selection of relevant products from the Mykindaplace catalogues will support the hour-long Single Girls and Reps programmes on Sky One. Viewers will be available to buy the products through Open while watching the programmes. Jacq Carroll, head of retail at Mykindaplace.com, said: "We have a wide range of products in our magalogue and on sale on our site, relevant to teens and young women. We act as a supplier to Open and they select from our products what they think will appeal to the viewers of the programmes.
